Right in the centre of Amsterdam, this spacious loft was designed on the top floor of an old monumental school. The loft is high and light-flooded and has spectacular views over the city.
The areas are divided by attractive elements like the fireplace made with open book marble that draws the eye while providing the living area with enough cover to create a cosy and relaxing space, leaving lines of sight when wanting to connect.
The loft has retained its rustic character, with steel and wooden framework, bricks, pipes and ventilation ducts, iron and wooden stairs, and glass skylights.
